New WordPress Website for JLL’s Global Leadership Team

With 90,000 people in over 1,000 locations in 80 countries JLL is a world leader in real estate services.

Since 2014, we’ve been providing JLL with enterprise WordPress development services.

Working closely with their Global HR team, we recently developed a new WordPress site that helps their leadership talent development.

Tiered User Access

• The website was designed so that it gives access to protected areas to authenticated users only.
• The website has 3 distinct areas:
  • Public – pages accessible to anyone
  • JLL Employees – pages accessible to JLL employees only
  • JLL HR Employees – pages accessible to JLL HR employees only
• We achieved this advanced tiered system by integrating JLL’s Okta SSO system into the WordPress site – this enables JLL employees to login to the site easily using their standard authentication process.
• Upon login, our website automatically recognises which user belongs to the HR team and upgrades their access level automatically so that they can view the HR protected pages.
• Administrators of the site can easily select in the WordPress backend which pages can be visible by which users.
• This provides a seamless and secure experience to all users.

Multilingual capabilities

• The website is multilingual providing content in native languages to JLL’s diverse workforce based around the world.

Flexible Page Builder

• We built flexible, fully responsive templates to ensure that the JLL team can create an unlimited number of pages without compromising the brand guidelines and website consistency.
• Our page builder allows administrators to edit content on the front-end of the website, providing the most intuitive CMS editing experience possible.

Fast, SEO Optimised Website

• The website was built to the highest development standards, scoring A/A from GTmetrix
• It was built with SEO-optimisation, security and speed in mind to ensure the best user experience and organic SEO results.
